By placing a booking with EliteCorpCars you agree to the following terms and conditions and authorize EliteCorpCars to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to charging in full for the reservation should you be considered a “no show”.
All online booking submissions are not a confirmed booking. EliteCorpCars will contact you via email or phone to confirm all details: dates, pick up times, meeting points, phone numbers and all associated costs and details. EliteCorpCars will not be held responsible for any bookings not confirmed by our office.
Online bookings require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to you flight time.
Prices and quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been made and confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
EliteCorpCars requires a minimum notice for cancellations:
All cancellations made within 24 hour period will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
“No shows” will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
Changes to pickup times are requested to be made with a minimum 2 hours notice.
EliteCorpCars accepts no liability or responsibility for delayed or cancelled flights and delays due to traffic and traffic accidents. EliteCorpCars will not be held responsible for any cost incurred whatsoever caused by any action outside its control like vehicle breakdown, Sydney traffic, including cost incurred due to late flights and other industrial, civil or public actions.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, you must advise us via email or telephone. All cancellation of bookings require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your pickup time, otherwise the full fare must be paid and subsequent refunds will not be given.
All of our drivers, by law, must adhere to government regulated driving hours. If your delayed flight arrives at a time that does not suitably connect with our scheduled bus departure times, we are under no obligation to provide you with pick up at a time that is outside our scheduled operating hours.

Flight Arrival Times
EliteCorpCars monitors all flight arrival times to ensure that your chauffeur is at the terminal when you disembark. Regardless of how long your flight is delayed, normal waiting periods commence from ACTUAL flight arrival time, not scheduled arrival time.
Point to Point Transfers
EliteCorpCars provides 15 minutes complimentary waiting time. Your Chauffeur will wait a further 15 minutes before considering the booking a “No Show”. You are required to contact us by phone if extra waiting time is required as charges may apply.
Luggage
Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person. Please advise EliteCorpCars of any additional luggage at time of booking and passengers will be advised of any additional charges that may be incurred. Please clearly label your luggage with your name and residential address. Passengers are advised to purchase travel insurance prior to their departure as ElitCorpCars accepts no responsibility for any lost or damaged luggage therefore please keep an eye on your luggage at all times.
No-Show Policy
For all transfers, a full cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a “no show”.
Rates
Please contact us for all rates as these are dependent on the vehicle type and hiring
requirement. Please note that rates include GST, includes all Tolls and Parking and Airport Levies. Surcharge Pricing will apply for Public Holidays and Special Events will be provided on application. Chauffeur gratuity is at your discretion.
Waiting time charges will apply at a rate of $66 per hour (incl GST) if the driver has to wait at your Home/Hotel address for more than 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. At the airport, passengers must be ready for immediate departure, where additional charges may apply for unnecessary delays such as meal consumption, currency exchange or airport shopping.
Additional charges for baby seats, baby boosters and capsules are $15 per seat.
Cleaning & Damages
EliteCorpCars drivers have the right to refuse any passenger(s) to board a vehicle, if he or she feels that the passenger(s) are intoxicated, aggressive or danger to any other passenger(s) or driver. Any threats to safety, being physical or verbal, or any inappropriate behaviour as deemed by the driver may result in the removal from the trip. If a passenger is required to leave the vehicle, no refund will be given and that passenger will be responsible for their own travel costs and arrangements from that point.
Smoking, food or beverages (except water) are not permitted by law in any EliteCorpCars vehicles.
EliteCorpCars reserves the right to charge a cleaning and/or sanitation fee of up to $250 for spillages or for anyone who becomes ill/vomits inside the vehicle due to alcohol or food consumption.
Payment Methods & Bookings
EliteCorpCars accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cabcharge, All bookings must be accompanied by a credit card.
All Credit Card payments attract 5% surcharge.
Monthly tax invoice statements and accounts can be setup for frequent travellers. Please note that a minimum monthly spend conditions apply.
EliteCorpCars is obliged to maintain strict privacy of this personal information under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act, and not to use or disclose the information other than for the purpose for which it was supplied.
